Instead of drinking much of either, stick to beverages such as water or tea. If you really have a hankering for a fruity drink, mix up a smoothie or squeeze your own fruit to make a delicious alternative.

A truly healthy diet is void of products that are made from bleached flour, so it is time for you to reconsider your options. Nobody said that healthy living and conscientious eating would be easy, but it doesn’t have to be as difficult as the modern market makes it seem.
